Issue/Introduction

False positive incidents are being generated with URLs reported such as Google.com

Resolution

Web pages may have interactive pages that are not obvious at first. 

In the example of Google.com, clicking the 'Search by image' icon 

Will provide an upload opportunity where users can drop files to upload them. In this case even non-image files can be dropped there to generate an incident, even though google will reject the upload as it is not an image. This results in a false positive incident.
