Unable to conenct to SSE for Symantec SWG via multiple WAN links. Only possible from one WAN link.

Issue/Introduction

Customer's Edge has multiple WAN links, but SSE for Symantec SWG connects from only one WAN link.

• If they tried to configure a second WAN link from Security Service Edge (SSE), It's failed and the below error displayed.

"Profile [profile name] is already in-use by SSE integration Symantec-SSE"

• If they tried to configure a second WAN link from the NSD via Edge settings, the setting makes delete after click "SAVE CHANGE"

Software: 5.2.2.2 [R5222-20240223-GA-29802b54f4]

Resolution

Symantec Automation allows to select only one WAN link to create a NSD tunnel. If that WAN link goes down, customer would have to manually select another link for traffic to switch over to.
