DX ASM: A monitor that needs client certificate authentication

Issue/Introduction

Looking into setup a monitor for a soap request with a header and content , that needs to be sent to a URL  while presenting a client certificate

The result of the request is checked for expected content and the current client certificate is in PEM format with a key and password.

Resolution

 To monitor 'soap interface', should use https or jmeter and include the client certificate in '.pem' format. 

Webdriver not to be used as it is not intended for soap.
