MUX - Cannot create Idea from Template if Impact is Secured

Issue/Introduction

On the Idea Object, the "Impact" field has been secured (within the MUX Administration module). When attempting to create an Idea from a Template an error is received:
"API-1005: Attribute(s) 'impact' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured."

1. Secure the "Impact" field for the Idea Object.
2. Access the Idea module, click "New From Template"
3. Select a template, and proceed populating all necessary information

Expected Results:
The Idea should be created. This was working as expected in 16.1.3.

Actual Results:
An error is received "API-1005: Attribute(s) 'impact' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured."

Workaround:
"Unsecure" the Impact attribute

Resolution

This is being addressed through new template improvements slated for 16.2.3.
