Error removing policy "Policy is used by one or more devices" when nothing is in the policy.

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Standard Endpoint (ES): All versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Enterprise EDR (EEDR): All versions

Cause

Stale entries exist in the CBD Database due to customer migration to Asset Groups. 

Resolution

Currently clean up work is being done in DSER-51563 to remove the stale entries and prevent them from being created. Please check Release Notes for status.
