Issue/Introduction

You recently renamed a lookup values, deactivated some values, and then attempted to update projects to some new values in the modern UI.  

This worked for all Projects except one. For this project when doing an update we experienced the error: INV-0008 Cannot convert entered currency to base currency.

Resolution

The issue with updating the project is not due to the lookup values that were renamed but issue as that nothing on that project could be updated.

Cost plan date needs to be on or after the Rate start date. There must be a rate that covers the earliest project, cost plan start.
