Symantec EDR appliance.

Resolution

Issues that occurred after the Symantec EDR 4.10 release are as follows:

After you upgrade to Symantec EDR 4.10, an error message appears while running bootstrap.  

This issue occurs because no value for the NTP server was entered, which caused an unhandled exception to occur. Rerun the bootstrap command and ensure that a valid entry is enter for the NTP server.  See the following KB for more information:
