Webpulse Buffer health test fails in Security Analytics

Issue/Introduction

The Webpulse Buffer health test failed after removing the IPv4 address from the Security Analytics host. This test works when there is IPv4 access to the outside world.

Environment

8.2.8 using IPv6 only.

Cause

There is no URL for the Webpulse service over IPv6. 

Resolution

This bug has been reported and will be fixed in an upcoming release.  The workaround for now is to add "2600:1901:0:a77b:: subscription.es.bluecoat.com" to /etc/hosts.
