Issue/Introduction

The file server for the upgrade files are IPv4-only as of June 2024 and don't support IPv6

Environment

IPv6 on release 8.2.8

Cause

The fileserver for the upgrade files for Security Analytics do not provide IPv6 access. 

Resolution

This is a known issue and is being considered for a fix in an upcoming release of Security Analytics.

The files can be retrieved via an IPv4 host or desktop and transferred to the Security Analytics host.
