Issue/Introduction

Watch stops working / changes behavior / generates false alarms.

Environment

Spectrum between 22.2.3 and 23.3.6

Cause

 we have added some changes that will come into effect when we add “enable_instancelist_watch_scratchpad_fix=true“ in .vnmrc file.

Resolution

This .vnmrc attribute will effect the watches that use instance list/array.

By adding this attribute, if data is missing for any instance the evaluation will continue for other instances. 

Additional Information

Earlier it used to throw error and watches used to stop evaluation.
