Status Of Support For The Smarts Adapters 8.1.17 Platform

Issue/Introduction

Under Broadcom, we have an updated policy for versions of products that are End Of Life (EOL).

This impacts the Smarts Adapters Platform which is no longer supported as a product component.

Smarts 10.X / 2.X

Cause

Adhering to Broadcom's EOL Policies per KB Article 367979.

Resolution

This impacts VMware Smart Assurance (Smarts versions that are EoL) and the Smarts Adapters Platform (any version for it). The latest release of Smarts Adapters Platform is 8.1.17. This includes the SCOM Adapter. 

Support for the Smarts Adapter Platform, up to and including 8.1.17, is no longer available. All versions of the Smarts Adapter Platform are past EoL (End of Life).
