Unable to access url_response probe. Communication error(80040402) when using Test URL button

Issue/Introduction

The probe url_response 4.52 is causing a communication error when any of these options are selected under the SSL Certificate tab and the Test URL button is used:

- Server certificate within xx days of expiration

- Certificate expired

Unable to access url_response probe. Communication error(80040402) 

 

Environment

• DX UIM  23.4.x
• url_response 4.52/4.56

Cause

Defect or internal Firewall

Resolution

url_response 4.56T1 contains a fix for this issue if issue still occurs intermittently on 4.56 GA version

Also check if there is an internal firewall rules that are not allowing ports connection on the robot on ports 48000-48050
