Issue/Introduction

The scenario that is under consideration here is as follows:

• Clarity version in use is 16.1.2
• Jaspersoft version in use is 7.8
• A refresh of Jaspersoft content from Production has been done
• The Load Data Warehouse and Restore Domains jobs fail with the following error
  Unauthorized access to <JasperServer> using ppmjasperadmin

Resolution

Upgrade Jaspersoft to 8.1.1. Version 16.1.2 of Clarity is not compatible with version 7.8 of Jaspersoft.
