Reconciler Error When Installing Operator in Custom Namespace

Issue/Introduction

Controller Manager continually logs Pixie Log Errors when the Operator is installed in a custom namespace. Logging of errors filling causing alerts from monitoring system.  Does not impact the running of the Kubernetes Operator

Resolution

Upgrade to Observablity-for-Kubernetes, Operator Release v2.17.0
