API-1019 error when enabling/disabling Auto-Shift Successors

Issue/Introduction

You are trying to enable Auto-Shift Successor when creating a tentative schedule and receive an error 

API-1019: Could not process the request due to internal error

Steps to Recreate

1. Log in and navigate to MUX
2. Open a project
3. Go to Tasks
4. Click on the Timeline view
5. Click Actions >> Autoschedule
6. Click Autoschedule in the pop-up
7. Switch the Auto-Shift Successors

Expected Results: It will toggle off

Actual Results: Receive API-1019 error
