Issue/Introduction

You are unable to edit images after upgrading

Environment

ITMS 8.7.2

DS 8.7.2

Cause

Information about where the image resource is managed is missing from the column, 'Managed On', found in the SMP Console at:

Settings > Deployment > Image Management

You'll need to reimport the images using the information in KB article Re-import Image files after migrating to a new SMP Server
