Clicking rule name and clicking elsewhere on the page causes unpublished change in the distributed firewall UI

Issue/Introduction

Clicking in the name field of a rule on the NSX-T distributed firewall UI page and clicking out of that name field causes unpublished changes to accumulate. This will only occur once and will increment 1 unpublished change for each name field of each rule selected. 

Before clicking out of the name field.

After clicking out of the name field.

No change was made in the name field but in the upper right we can see 1 unpublished change. 

Environment

This is noticed in the NSX-T UI on versions 4.1.2.x. 

Cause

This was bug in the UI pushing a changed value to unpublished when no change was done. 

Resolution

Clicking Revert button will remove any unpublished changes

Clicking Publish will not change any rule names. However, it's recommended to click the Revert button to workaround the problem.  

This issue is corrected in NSX-T 4.2.x and above.
