Web Operation based policy is not working

Issue/Introduction
Web Operation based policy works for various applications or sites. Some Web Operation my not be supported for certain Applications.
However, even if certain Web Operations were working in the past, things may change and the Web Operation classification may no longer work.
Resolution
In order to resolve this issue, first of all we have to make sure that such Web Operations are indeed supported for the application or site. Certain web operation may only be supported for select applications even though the applications may look similar. E.g. Web Operation - 'Login' is supported for Dropbox but it is not supported for Box. You can use the link below to find out what Web Operations are support for the application Box/Dropbox (and also other applications).

If we confirm that the Web Operation in question is supported for the application (and it was working in the past), you can collect the Policy Trace and sysinfo from the EdgeSWG and open a Customer Support case. We will have to involve Application Categorization team to fix this issue.
