Spectrum connector errors "Broker appears to be down"

Issue/Introduction

Spectrum connector is not initializing and ifw.log shows the below error

Environment

SOI 4.2

Cause

incompatible integration services with the SOI manager CU level.

Resolution

Verify the integration services on the connector server is on the same CU version as SOI manager.
