NullPointerException when attempting to add or view licences after vSphere+ or VCF+ unsubscribe operation

Issue/Introduction

After running the VCF+ or vSphere+ unsubscribe script, a customer may not be able to re-add licenses back into the vCenter UI 

Throws the following error "java.lang.NullPointerException" 

Resolution

1. If this is just a previous vSphere+ environment, re-run the unsubscribe script in KB: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/323680/disconnect-subscribed-vcenter-servers-fr.html

2. If this is a previous VCF+ environment, run the unsubscribe script from the vSphere+ KB: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/323680/disconnect-subscribed-vcenter-servers-fr.html
