App Analysis greyed out on iOS

Issue/Introduction

After deploying SEP Mobile to an IOS device, App Analysis is greyed out with an N/A in it.

Environment

• SEP Mobile
• iOS

Cause

On IOS devices an MDM solution is required for App Analysis to pull data from IOS app inventory.  This is the same for all MTD solutions.  They will required an MDM solution to pull the data from IOS app inventory

On Android devices we can natively pull app inventory and there is no need for an MDM solution.

Resolution

Add and Configure an MDM Solution.
