Issue/Introduction

Locating and downloading the CB Launcher and Workload Appliance. 

Environment

• Workload: All supported versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
• Endpoint Standard Sensor: All Versions

Cause

Location of files have moved.

Resolution

To access Linux CBLauncher

1. Login to support.broadcom.com.
2. From the Software dropdown beside your name select "Cyber Security Software"
3. From the left Menu select "My Downloads"
4. Search for "VMware Carbon Black Cloud Workload" in the product search area.
5. After this click on the version that you are looking for (e.g. 1.2.2) and you will see the OVA download. 
6. Click "Open Source" to see download options for CB Launcher.

Additional Information

If seeing a Red Circle with a Line when going to download a file then likely the "I agree to Terms and Conditions" has not been checked to the top left.
