Could not load version file error when installing Release Automation.

Issue/Introduction

When running nolio_server_linux-x64_6_8_0.sh the following output was shown: 
Looking for installed components
Could not load version file.

Environment

Nolio Release Automation 6.8

Resolution

If this is an upgrade:

1. Check if the file ReleaseAutomationServer/conf/version exists.
2. Check if the file can be accessed by the user that is running the install

If the file exists but has a different owner to the user installing Release Automation, change the ownership of all files in the ReleaseAutomationServer folder and subfolders to the user that is doing the install.
