probe logmon used up memory

Issue/Introduction

Normally less than 100 MB but yesterday used up 65 GB. Never happen in before.

Environment

UIM 20.4 CU8

logmon 4.11

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

1. Create a backup of the logmon probe directory (which includes the logmon.cfg)
2. Delete the probe from and the logmon directory on the file system from server
3. Redeploy the logmon probe  from IM.

4 Upgrade the logmon to 4.20

5. Deactivate the logmon and replace the logmon.cfg from backup

6. Activate the logmon probe
