Issue/Introduction

After 17.4 RU2 patch was installed, manual notifications show HTML tagging in the activity log. Is there a way to avoid the tagging when submitting the manual notify? Is there a setting to turn off the Rich Text Editor (RTE) for the Manual Notify?
