Filtering on Remaining Availability using Sum Of Periods set does not give correct results

Issue/Introduction

Incorrect results are returned for filtering on the 'Remaining Availabilty' TSV Per-Period field using the 'Sum of Periods' view option.  

Expected Results: To see rows returned that match the filtering criteria. 

Actual Results: To see rows that do not match the filtering criteria. We see some rows with negative Remaining Availability. 

Resolution

Workaround: The filtered results are correct when using the 'Grand Totals' view option. 

Resolution: Resolved in Release 16.2.2. It is important to note that the Grand Total value for Remaining Availability has been reverted back to a true 'Grand Total' based on the duration of the resource's Availability curve and not the 'within the duration of the associated investment dates'.  Reference KB  Resource 'Availability' Grand Total amount shows 374,480 hours.
