CDM probe, Local file system not available alarms not clearing when file system becomes available

Issue/Introduction

-CDM probe - Local file system is not available alarms not clearing when     file system becomes available.

- restart of the CDM probe clears the alarm

- seems to occur most frequently on file system type NFS and SECFS2

How to create:

unmount drive network or local linux drive it will alarm then mount

recieved alarm: XXXXX Local file system is not available

alarm will not clear until probe is restarted-CDM probe - Local file system is not available alarms not clearing when     file system becomes available.
