Issue/Introduction

On May 6th 2024, the VMware End User Computing (EUC) products transitioned over to KKR, including support portal, documentation and knowledge base (KB) articles. 

Due to this, existing EUC KBs were not migrated to Broadcom's KB system resulting in broken links which may result in 404 errors when trying to access the legacy VMware KB links.

Resolution

To access existing EUC KB articles, visit https://kb.omnissa.com.  VMware KB IDs were transitioned over as is, allowing for easy search-ability.
