OneClick Not Connecting to Events (ArchMgr) After the SpectroSERVER was Restarted

Issue/Introduction

The SpectroSERVER and ArchMgr had been restarted due to OS maintenance and although both show as running OneClick is showing
   Events as being down.

Cause

The ArchMgr upon starting validates the ddmdb database. This process can take some time to complete. Connectivity from OneClick
   cannot occur until the ArchMgr has fully started.

Resolution

The ArchMgr needed time to finish its validation of the ddmdb database upon starting. Depending on the size of the database
   and other factors like disk io speed this can take a bit of time to complete.


Check the ARCHMR.OUT to see if this is the case or if there is an error. In this instance it took 29 minutes to validate.
