WebUI Displays Blank Page for Queries with No Input Data

Issue/Introduction

• After applying BAS7869, The Enhanced Web Publishing User Interface (WebUI)
  displays a blank page for queries with no input data.                                                    
                                                                 
  The problem can happen on the startup page of the WebUI when   
  navigating to the MICF Web Publishing Root Directory, or after 
  clicking on the inquiry with no input data.                    
                                                                 
  The Web Browser Developer console shows the following error message:   
  
  "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'charts') "                                            
                                                                 
• After applying BAS7869, The Enhanced Web Publishing User Interface (WebUI)
  displays a blank page.                           
                                                                     
  The problem can happen on the startup page of the WebUI
  when navigating to the MICF Web Publishing Root Directory or after      
  clicking on an inquiry to browse corresponding charts.             
                                                                     
  The Web Browser Developer console shows the following error        
  message:                                                           
                                                                     
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status      
    of 404 (Not Found) index-key-query_name.txt                      
                                                                     
    where: index-key-query_name.txt is a path of the metadata file     
                which contains the key structure for a specific inquiry.           
• After updating a Job Stream title, the Enhanced Web Publishing User
  Interface (WebUI) still shows the old title.                                       
                                                                   
  The Job Stream title is specified on the MICF User Reporting     
  Administration Panel or on the MICF Production Reporting         
  Administration panel or on the subpanels.

Resolution

Additional Information

Circumvention:

• Refresh of the Web Browser Page can temporarily fix the issue. 
  
  
• The empty index-key-query_name.txt file can be created.  Its path 
  is indicated in the error message on the web browser's developer
  console.        
  
  
• The titles of Job Streams can be manually updated in the metadata
  "contents.txt" file found within the MICF Web Publishing directory.
