Issue/Introduction

CA SD incident opened by OI-SD integration
in some cases has correctly mapped CI (configuration item) to the incident
and in some cases the incident doesn't have any CI mapped to the incident

Per OI engineering, CA SDM 17.4 is not certified yet.

As per 17.3 setup this field seems to be Configured Item. 

This field will be mapped using enrichment rules, can you check the enrichment rule
