Management Center displays "Server Error" when access Shared Objects lists

Issue/Introduction

When access Shared Objects lists management center displays "Server Error" and Shared Object list is empty. 

Cause

If lists of shared objects is contains more then 150 objects in single folder Management Center is unable to pull that information from data base. You will see "Server Error". To confirm you face this error, open F12 development tool and refresh browser. 

In log.log file you can find following entry:

[2024-05-27 14:57:02.145] ERROR http-nio-8080-exec-1  ch.ralscha.extdirectspring.controller.RouterController            Error calling method: searchPolicies com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.exc.ValueInstantiationException: Cannot construct instance of `com.bluecoat.cm.model.service.criteria.InFilter`, problem: InFilter cannot support more than 150 values
 at [Source: UNKNOWN; line: -1, column: -1] (through reference chain: java.util.ArrayList[1])

Resolution

To solve the issue you have to:

1. Remove shared object that are not in use.
2. Create new folder and move shared object to new folder - single folder should not contains more then 150 object in policy.
