Issue/Introduction

Installation fails with the following entries in the install.log:

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.4.2 

Resolution

1) Need to rerun the upgrade. 

2) Select no when a prompt appears to execute the mandatory post installation steps automatically. 



3) Perform the post installation steps manually from the product documentation page
