Under V21.x the EMI monitor shows only the usage metric which is collected only from client 0 the other clients are not shown.

Issue/Introduction

Under V21.x the EMI monitor not showing the usage metrics correctly  
We can see that the EMI shows collected data for multiple clients, but only the usage metric which is collected only from client 0 is shown.

This was also reproduced in the test environment with a fully authorised user.
Is there any parameter which should be changed or this is a defect in the EMI component?

Resolution

Please check the permissions for the EMI user xx/xx in Client0 if below permission is checked.

 

View server usage of all clients

 

Most likely its not, and that is why this information is not shown in the emi console.
Add the permission, restart EMI so a new user session is created.

Emi should show EMI usage from all clients now
