Issue/Introduction

Error in UI - The VMware Cloud Director entity (com.vmware.vcloud.entity.catalogitem:00000000-0000-3000-0000-000000000000) does not exist.

Environment

vCloud Director 10.x

Cause

Stale Objects in the DB causing view to show Catalog Items with the invalid id of 00000000-0000-3000-0000-000000000000

Resolution

Please open a case with Support with the DB attached as there will need to be a cleanup of these stale records.
