Issue/Introduction

salt-master service logs of Aria Config shows below logging:

2024-01-01 10:00:00,000 [salt.auth        :123 ][WARNING ][1234567] Authentication failure of type "user" occurred.
2024-01-01 10:00:00,001 [salt.master      :1234][WARNING ][1234567] Authentication failure of type "user" occurred. 

 

Cause

This logging is generated when using Python client API or can also occur by other Software using this API.

Resolution

The logging is informational and can be ignored.
