We are not getting alert for very critical issue - scope full alerts

Issue/Introduction

We are not getting scope full alerts in Nimsoft even though it is configured. We have enabled 1063 event id in ntevl probe but didn't trigger any alert.

Environment

UIM 20.4cu6

Robot 9.40

ntevl 4.34T1

Resolution

Configure the ntevl probe message string to *alert*  and Apply
