After Installing and Integrating CABI 4.1 with Spectrum 10.X, you may get an Error while generating Reports:
"The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection. Current Assets: All[] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

This happens if the ODBC drivers are not configured properly during the Integration / Post Installation phase. You will have to perform an update content that CA Spectrum installs on Business Objects.
-> On the machine where SRM is installed, Navigate to "<SPECROOT>\Install-Tools\SRM-Tools\BIAR" folder and move all the files to another backup folder.
-> Make sure the "BIAR" folder is empty and does not have any files inside it.
-> Navigate to Spectrum One click Administration page and Access the Spectrum Report Manager Admin Tools.
-> Click on Administration -> Report Manger Tab to get the Report Manager Admin Tools option.
-> Select the Manage Business Objects Content option.
-> Click Update Content to update the existing content installed by CA Spectrum in Business Objects. Once complete, all Spectrum Report Manager content is re-imported.
