SEP clients upgraded to 14.3 RU8 remain connected to previous SEPM

Issue/Introduction

SEP clients are upgraded from pre-14.3 RU8 version to 14.3 RU8. The new install could be a cloud package pointing them to the ICDM, or a package from a new SEPM. 

The expected behavior is that the SEP client will upgrade and communicate to the cloud and/or the new SEPM. The observed behavior is that the client successfully upgrades, but keeps reporting to its old SEPM. 

Cause

This issue was caused by a change in 14.3 RU8, related to the sylink.xml path. 

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the current release, SEP 14.3 RU9. This will allow clients to successfully move to the new ICDM/ SEPM.
