Issue/Introduction

We have an Oracle Schema user named Rtool and we need to know how important that is as it doesn't seem like it gets used anywhere. but our password change requirements require us to change the password quarterly.

Resolution

It was found that many users in the past have used rtool as the URT upgrade account.

So "rtool" is nothing more than the URT upgrade account, but has been used by a plethora of customers.

It can be deleted after the upgrade is complete
