DX APM On Prem: Summary alerts on the traffic lights are not working

Issue/Introduction

 

The summary alerts on the traffic lights are not working, traffic lights associated with simple alerts are working. .

Cause

Environment 

Resolution

Restart of APM Cluster and clearing OSGI cache helped resolve the issue

 

Make sure All EMs , Webview /Workstation are on same version 10.7.0.358 (Build 998412)

1. Stop  Webview / Workstation. and MOM 

2. Stop all the Collectors 

3. Clear OSGI cache on all the Collectors and MOM , Webview and Workstation

4. Start the Collectors. 

5. After all the collectors are up and running Start the MOM, then start Webview / Workstation
