Spectrum as DataSource Test is not responding

Issue/Introduction

Trying to add the Spectrum as DataSource on NetOps Performance Management Portal and receive the message Data Source Test Failed

Environment

DX NetOps all version

Cause

The OneClick is on Windows, so Tomcat's default port is 80

Resolution

Need to use the Port 80 in DataSoure
