Issue/Introduction

Organization subscription information is missing from the Subscriptions page in Aria Operations for Logs SaaS.

The following message is displayed as shown in the screenshot below:

"Failed to fetch subscription plans for organization"

Aria Operations for Logs SaaS

Cause

VMware by Broadcom is deprecating and removing the subscriptions page in Aria Operations for Logs SaaS. 

Resolution

Customers can only verify their subscriptions in the Cloud Services Platform.
