Issue/Introduction

Starting September 29, 2025, users will have the ability to delete their Support Portal profile directly through the "My Profile" page within the Broadcom Support Portal.

Resolution

 

Delete the Support profile

To delete your Support Portal profile, follow the steps outlined below: 

  1. Navigate to the Broadcom Support Portal, click the drop-down menu next to your username, and select My Profile.



  2. Click the Delete Support Profile button.



  3. After selecting Delete Support Profile, the confirmation pop-up below appears.




  4. Complete the captcha and click Next.



  5. Enter the verification code provided and click Verify & Continue.



  6. Once these steps are completed, you will receive a confirmation pop-up message, and your profile will be deleted from our support systems, including the Support Portal and Wolken. 





 

Delete Profile from all Broadcom systems, including Support

To have your profile details removed from all Broadcom systems, follow the steps outlined below: 

  1. Navigate to the Broadcom Support Portal, click the drop-down menu next to your username, and select My Profile.



  2. From the "Basic Information" section on the left, click the Click Here hyperlink to initiate the deletion of your profile from all Broadcom systems, including support.



  3. Select the appropriate options and submit your request.
