APM Enhancement - more supportability metrics for the Javascript extensions

Issue/Introduction

Supportability metrics for individual calculators are located under: 
        Custom Metric Host (Virtual)|Custom Metric Process (Virtual)|Custom Metric Agent (Virtual)|Enterprise Manager|Internal|JS Calculators

Currently APM emit only:

  * Init Time (ms) - the script initialization time
  * Calc Time (ms) - the time for each evaluation of the script

It will use useful to include the below additional metrics to speed up the troubleshooting:

  * Number of input metrics 
  * Number of output metrics
  * Number of metric sources

• APM onpremise 2x
