Issue/Introduction
The approve and reject buttons in the Identity Portal campaign is not displayed, see the screenshot below, in red
The campaign is working fine in the Identity Governance with all buttons displayed correctly.
Environment
Identity Portal 14.x
Cause
The Certificate Template was corrupted
Resolution
From Identity Governance UI, create a new Certificate Template (menu Compliance Management > Certification Templates) and create a new Campaign using this new template.
