DX ASM : Assets folder gets filled up very quick

Issue/Introduction

Noticed a performance issue on  on -prem CA ASM installation of OPMS

The disk is filling up and being logged in /opt/asm/var/www/assets location. 

Environment

OPMS On Prem 

Cause

 

 It's possible that it's getting filled up faster than deleted.

All the videos, images and files produced by check results are being stored there.

 

Resolution

Eng suggestion: Download the latest version of installer:

wget https://storage.googleapis.com/broadcom-asm/opms/asm-installer-24.4.2-RC3-linux-amd64.tar.gz

need to un tar the file then run the command.

./asm-installer update --set assetCleaner.env.retentionOffset=168h
