Error Server is unavailable (52) when deploying UserStore in a Virtual Appliance

Issue/Introduction

When trying to deploy the UserStore in the second node (cluster environment) the error is displayed

ldap_bind: Server is unavailable (52)

Environment

Virtual Appliance 14.x

Cause

The knowledge file in the current node was set with anonymous in the UserStore knowledge file under "/opt/CA/Directory/dxserver/config/knowledge" folder

Resolution

Double check the knowledge file if the "auth-levels" value is "clear-password"
