Different behaviors when editing Status report between Classic and MUX

Issue/Introduction

There is a process that locks the attributes once it is updated.

They can not be updated in the Classic view or the Status module but can be updated in the Status Report Workspace grid view

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Log in to Classic view
2. Go to Administration>>Studio>>Processes
3. Click 'New'
4. Create a process with below details
   1. Objects = Status Report
   2. Start Options = Auto-Start
   3. Start Event = Create
   4. Start Condition = ( Status Report Name = 'Lock' )
   5. Steps = System Action
   6. Object = cop_prj_statusrpt.thisStatus Report
   7. Action = Lock all attributes
   8. Validate and activate
5. Go to MUX
6. Create new project
7. Create new status report with the name Lock
8. Open the status report and make changes
9. You will get a toast message stating the attribute is locked
10. Go to the Status Report Workspace
11. Search for the status report just created
12. Add some status report columns (Key Accomplishments, etc)
13. Try to update the field in the grid view

Actual Results: User is able to update attributes

Expected Results: The attributes are locked
