Issue/Introduction

We have encountered an error several times when using the VIP Access mobile application. Either during authentication or registration, we will get an error message "VIP SOAP API response empty".

Environment

VIP AuthHub 3.1

Resolution

This error happens if the VIP certificate is expired. You should get a new certificate and then follow the steps described here.
